Great place to land after a long camping trip. Only complaint is the restaurant in the spa which was soooo slow — waited 45 minutes for soup. Otherwise hotel restaurant was great and very friendly as was the welcome staff. Good way to do a full spa day is to book the hotel for the night prior and after. Didn’t even leave property!

Nice hotel with some oversights. The hot tub was pretty basic for a premium hotel. I suppose they are pushing for Spa use. Too close to highway. Some traffic noise until late night. There also is no outdoor space to utilize for relaxing or reading. Rooms are great, location is good (on Route 3 for shuttle to Banff).

Rooms are modern, spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient, although the spaces felt quite tight compared with what I’m used to in Ontario. The hotel has a beautiful mountain atmosphere that really fits the Canmore experience. The only issue I had was with the shower. The sliding glass door kept opening on its own, which caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and had a very positive experience at this hotel.
