The property def needs to be upgraded. The beds are super uncomfortable, bring your own pillow, these are terrible. ease of coming and going was fine. Breakfast was good.

I have stayed at this Fairfield Inn before and considered it a good value. It has been a couple of years however since the prior visit. This trip was the worst. the staff useless. I asked a maid to clean my room and that request was ignored, when I came back I could tell no one had even entered the room let alone cleaned it. I had to change rooms three times and it never did resolve the issue. The issues were: 1. The TVs were so dark you could not visually see details in the screen in all of the substituted rooms. 2. I asked that my room be cleaned after the second day and it was never cleaned. 3. They refused to even empty the refuge baskets in my room. 4. The air-conditioner kept me up all night with excessive noise. 5. The free breakfast was of no value. The food quality was very low. I will never rent a room at this location again in my life. Yet you have this place as a partner because of that, I will not use your site again as you should vet your partners as their performance will effect how customers see your service. GOD bless you as you truly need it as do I.

This place was aweful. There was brown water coming out of the sink. There was no hot water. The shower door handle came off. Their walls were dirty with spillage of some sort. The mirror was filthy as well with spillage of some sort. When I brought this to the statin, they said run the water for 15 minutes and that there was nothing else they can do. I do not recommend staying at this place.
