This is a nice hotel but has one major drawback for disabled guests. The breakfast room is on the first floor of an annex attached to the hotel which has no lift access. We were told there were about 20 stairs to climb, which was impossible for my disabled partner to negotiate. To combat this a very helpful member of staff brought us down everything we required into the bar area. We were also offered the choice of having breakfast served in our room without a tray charge. However, as this is a buffet breakfast, I would have preferred to have been able to sit in the breakfast room and see exactly what was on offer. Other than that (and the £12 parking charge) we were happy with the standard of food served, the level of customer service and the hotel itself.

Oh I I come with my 2 year old boy fo weekend stays as I love the hotel staff location etc but I had an adult stay I had people in the next room banging all night loud tv and all sorts of horrible noises all night untill 4-5 am my baby was finding it hard to sleep also, I didn’t go to reception as I had my 2 year old with me and didn’t want to cause any situations, very upset it totally ruined my weekend with my son
