No pool, breakfast or elevator was inconvenient. Room was adequate: good toilet, good hot water (even though it leaked a steady, audible stream the whole time), good rough cotton towels, good AC, plenty of device plug-ins, friendly and helpful staff. I would stay again. It was worth what I paid, and met my needs for this trip.

Air conditioning was great. Bed is comfortable. Shower works but needs fixing, plenty of water pressure but water also kind of squirts out towards the ceiling and on the side. Location is quiet but far from everything. Need to take a car service.

Pool is not functional. Neither is the elevator - and I was on the 4th floor. There is no breakfast provided. The room was adequate. The toilet worked fine. The shower leaked audibly - a steady stream. The AC worked fine. The TV didn't work the first night, but did the rest of the three-day stay. It was quiet and despite the sag in the mattress, the sheets were clean and I slept well. The fridge and microwave were nice, but a coffee pot would also have been helpful. There were plenty of device outlets. Nice rough cotton towels. Good wifi. All in all, worth what I paid. Area was not bad, but hotel clientele were sketchy.

The bedding was dirty. I asked the staff for clean sheets and pillow cases specifically. He did offer another room and it was just as dirty. The floor hadn’t been swept. The curtains were dry rotted, the air conditioning was good. To top it off, I fell down the stairs in the stair well. The paint that’s on the stairs is not the proper paint for floors. Trash and debris everywhere. Your online pictures do not match your rooms.

We booked a smoking room for one night when we got there and checked and put us in a room on the 3rd floor. I was told the elevators didn’t work my mother in-law can not walk very well and had to climb stairs to get to the room. We got to the room you had to give the door a hard push to get it open. The room itself was in need of updating not to mention the roaches crawling on the walls and tables for a smoking room there’s no ashtrays in the room I whet back down to get one and was given styrofoam cups to use. Even though it was a pass-through room on our way home, I would not recommend staying there on the other hand. The staff was decent.

Did NOT STAY!!!Pay attention to reviews- location has been turned into an economy apartment rental and by the hour -- should NOT be on hotels.com. To each his own, strong marijuana in lobby. stained bedding, chairs... verifying refund. Check in rep very accomodating....

Booked a smoking room which on 3rd floor but when we arrived we had to be moved to nonsmoking room due to elevator being out of order and my travel partner was unable to climb stairs. The property was not the best and the parking lot is ridiculously crowded. The blankets on both beds had burn holes and the ac could not be adjusted. Will not stay there again.

This was the worst property we have ever stayed at. It looked nothing like the pictures and it was disgusting. We wouldn’t have stayed but got in late and there was a sign in the lobby stating no refunds. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and door. The desk had a lamp on it with mold on the shade. The baseboard was falling off and there were chunks of concrete missing from the vanity. The worst was the bed with dirty sheets and a duvet that had spots all over it and big holes in it. Also had a chunk of wall outside of our room that looked like something was slammed against it, missing entirely. There was a large crack under our door that we shoved the duvet into. No breakfast or pool as shown. Garbage cans on walkway were overflowing and never emptied..Many rooms were completely empty and they are trying to turn them into apartments. Do Not Stay Here!
