8/10 Very good

The staff was awesome. The guy who checked us in was very friendly, the lady who let us back into the room after checkout so we could see if we left the key fob, and the front desk for loaning us a screwdriver :) the room was a good value, much better better priced than its 2 competitors in the same square. Room was clean, water hot, bed comfortable. Would stay again.

I could see they had just one room left so I grabbed it on Hotels.com as I approached the area. I arrived minutes later to find they already knew I was coming...personable person at the desk was helpful in every way (where to park for my room, etc.), luggage cart provided, room itself was perfectly clean, shower was hot and showerhead was plentiful -- everything just really nice for a 2-star.

6/10 Good

Friendly staff, easy check in, room was clean. Had very little hot water and other tenants were loud all night in the hall - stayed for 3 nights and this happened all 3.

2/10 Poor

I booked my husband a room here.He is an OTR Truck driver and wanted a comfortable place to rest and clean up. The placed was barely furnished and had roaches in the room. He could not even stand to be in the room. Total waste of money. The manager said he could've switched rooms but no one wants to deal with that after a long week of driving. He was better off to sleep in his truck.
