It was very clean and staff was great.

10/10 Exceptional

Mostly clean besides the chair in the room looked like it hadn’t been wiped off in a while and there was a spider web in the corner of the window. Staff was helpful and there is plenty of parking

nice pool, room always smelled of stong cleaner, , it was only 10 and check out was at 11 but they rushed us and kept standing in the hall by our door on last day was very pushy.

6/10 Good

The room door and bathroom door didn’t work properly. The toilet rocked. The TV wouldn’t shut off and you couldn’t turn down the volume. The remote control only changed channels, nothing else. The room was clean. The breakfast area was clean. Not many choices for breakfast.

8/10 Very good

The pool was full of kids. We couldn’t enjoy it at all. There were only 6 vehicles there so i don’t know where they all came from. Room 124 needs new mattress toppers preferably 4 in. Memory foam. My dog enjoyed the extra bed. Paid 15.00 extra for her.

6/10 Good

Smelled musty; bed was squeaky and not as comfortable as expected. No breakfast.

4/10 Fair

The shower head flew off and hit me in the head, and I had to go back to the hospital to get my incision site looked at.
Verified review

2/10 Poor

The hotel itself was fine. Hotels.com dropped the ball big time. I ended up having to pay for my room a second time because hotels.com didn't communicate with the hotel itself. Almost had to cancel my weekend over this. Ill just book directly with the hotels from now on. No need for hotels.com anyway.

All I can say is the owner/manger is very rude and un helpful. Be aware. No elevators would not recommend be cause you f manger/owner. Period
