Easy check-in. The room was nice sized. Opened to the pool area which was nice. Had separate seating area, well lit with ample seating. The shower head in the bathroom was amazing. The conditions in the room were disappointing. A broken table remained in the room that may have caused injury with the broken leg. The bath soap dispenser was not usable because it was glued to a shelf in the shower in a way that it was unable to dispense the soap. These things may seem minor but attention to detail is what i am use to when I stay at this hotel group. The stay itself was good and quiet and the room was clean and bed was comfortable. I just hope the details are corrected before someone gets hurt. The price should reflect the quality of the product.
