We had an issue with the carpet being wet. They were able to change our room, but not our sons until the next day. The staff was very nice about it and apologized. I spoke with the manager and we are getting a refund which I really appreciated. The rooms were clean and fine. They do not have an elevator which could be a big problem for anyone who can't do stairs.

The room could use a bit of TLC but it served its purpose for the short time I was there. Good shower, with breakfast and a gym.

If you are going to stay I would reserved the King suite room. Its a big room with a lot of space, it sleeps 4. However the room wasn't as clean, duty carpet and the couch had a bad smell to it. Also the exterior lights was super bright being on the second floor it lit up the whole room up at night, the curtains didn't really help.
