I loved this hotel. The rooms were clean and incredibly spacious. Bed was very comfortable, shower had excellent water pressure (even the rain shower option). The location also couldn't be beat - short walk to Old Town Square and 2 Chriskindlmarkts. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was lovely, large and clean. However what let the room down was it got extremely hot being on the Fourth floor of the complex and the air conditioning was very poor, hotel came out and looked at it however made little to no difference, the room was still extremely hot. Being positioned right in the city centre meant we were unable to open the windows due to the noise. Someone also unrinated in the elevator throughout our time there on multiple occasions which let the security down.

Really enjoyed staying at this property. Easy check in, everything was clean and nice. Close to restaurants and public transportation to get to and from airport. It’s literally in the heart of Prague within easy reach of all the historic sights. I’m planning another trip to Czechia soon and will definitely be staying here again.
