I’ve stayed at Ben Hall twice now and both times it has been fantastic. Great service, comfortable beds and good, hot showers.

6/10 Good

Not a bad overnight stay at a ‘mining’ town accommodation. No table or bench in my room 18 so made eating dinner difficult. Still it was clean and okay for a quick overnight stay.

Clean and comfortable. We booked for a second night. Note to the owner: keep an eye on double bed mattress it's losing support in the middle.

10/10 Exceptional

Staff were very accommodating for our late arrival. Room was nice and simple but everything you need for an overnight stay. Comfy bed and the place nice and quiet. Shower was nice and hot in the morning. Thanks and will try and stay again if we are out that way. PS. Forbes has some nice history to see and interesting art around to find.

10/10 Exceptional

The room was maintained very well and had all the necessary utilities for our short-term stay. Safe parking was provided and it was easy to shift our luggage to and from the room. One can drive into the shopping area which is about 5 mins drive. As it was the weekend after 5pm most shops were closed, except for some like Dominoes, Chinese restaurants, KFC.... Note: perhaps they should consider replacing the "tired" items.

4/10 Fair

The photos don’t even reflect what you’re booking.no towels in room, incorrect rooms given for late check in resulting in a child sleeping on the floor as we couldn’t get into any other room. 2 towels given for 6 people with no offer to remedy this. Booking mix up blamed on us booking not directly with motel. Mattress was firm and good.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and within walking distance to cafe and main street of forbes

Very convenient location. Not the most modern of places but had everything we needed.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Toilet needed a good clean. The kettle was to large to fit under the tap in the bathroom. There was no grab rail in the shower/bath and the bath floor was slippery. One of the lights in the 2nd bedroom over the bed didn't work.
