The Quality Inn at Fairmont has become my preferred location to stay when in Morgantown area. It isn't the best or most luxurious but has a high value for cost and appears well managed. They could improve things like the cleanliness of the lobby but I appreciate the convivence and value I'm getting with my stay. Definitely will be my first choice for now.

Quality Inn Corporate should be ashamed to have their name associated with this property. The back doors had NO LOCKS. The carpets were stained with God knows what. The stench in the hallways was atrocious! I will NOT be going back to this property. On the flip-side, the staff I encountered were very polite and friendly.

Our room was pretty clean but sheets had stains and one of the comforters had a fairly large hole. No frills but it gets the job done. There's decent breakfast and a diner next door that you can get a 10% discount on. Overall fairly basic room for a really great price.

If you're looking for somewhere safe, quiet and affordable, this is the place. The interior is quite dated but our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was better than expected. Great for a quick overnight, seconds away from I-79.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hotel is very run down and has a strong musty smell throughout. There was visible mold on some of the walls, including around the lamps, which was concerning. The bathrooms also did not feel very clean and could definitely use some attention. The beds themselves appeared to be clean, which I appreciated, but the comforters had several cigarette burn holes in them and looked very worn. Overall, the hotel seems like it is in need of some serious updating, deep cleaning, and maintenance. One positive thing I will say is that the hotel workers were extremely nice and friendly. They were kind and helpful, and I have no complaints about the staff whatsoever. Unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the hotel made it difficult to enjoy our stay.

This experience was.... horrible. My 2 kids, wife and I were traveling pretty late and so we decided to stay at this place overnight. When we first checked in, the gentlemen at the front was very professional and nice. That's where our nice experience ended. After we were given the key to our room, we opened the door and were immediately hit in the face with a terrible mildew smell. We took a few steps in and I immediately turned around to ask for another room. The gentleman said the hotel was full and the only other room he could give me was a room where the door could not lock from the inside. At this point it was about 11 pm, in an unfamiliar place with 2 children and my only option given to me was an unsafe hotel room. I immediately put our stuff back in the car and went to a Marriott that was much nicer. I messaged the hotel after the incident and never got a reply back or any offers for a refund. This place was horrid.
