The check-in was excellent, with very good instructions. Especially arriving late to the property. Rooms where very good, with good amenities. The communal area was well catered, with a fridge (no fridge in the rooms), microwave and utensils. Overall, happy with the reservation.

Okay accommodation

The place is in a good location. We found it easy to get around- 10 minute walk to the train station, 10 minutes to the nearest hop on and off bus, 15-20 minute walk to the colosseum. The room is nice and modern but very thin walls and noisy. It is apart of a block of apartments with dogs and children so night time was noisy especially when you have been awake for 20 hours. The bed was not changed during our stay but that’s okay. There is a wardrobe and desk in the room with a coffee machine but we only got a coffee pod when we arrived after that I think we had to buy our own. It would have been nice to have a little fridge in the room as we felt uncomfortable with the communal fridge as we don’t know who was staying in the accommodation. The doors buzz going in to the room so please be mindful of others staying. Also entry to the accommodation buzzes loudly! Which woke me up every time someone entered. When we arrived at the accommodation nobody greeted us and we could not get in. A local opened the door for us, and told us to come in he let us in our room but could only speak Italian- I think it may have been the cleaners son? This stressed me out thinking how do we get in and out as we had no codes. An hour later a gentleman came and knocked on our door and greeted us- I really wish that they would have been there when we arrived. As at this moment I was distressed as we couldn’t leave the room as we didn’t have codes. he took payment never saw them again.

1re mention d'excellence : le ménage, au quotidien avec soin et application ! (points d'amélioration : lessiver sols plus souvent ; changer serviettes moins souvent...) 2e mention : la chambre : plus spacieuse que d'autres de sa catégorie, meublée/éclairée avec goût et matériaux de qualité ! Cafetière à capsules, bouilloire moderne; tv connectée (même si modèle éco lent), nombreuses prises électriques et 1 USB; surprise : un balcon sur jardinet, exposé sud-ouest avec soleil en début d'après-midi ! (amélioration : mouchoirs, infos ingrédients savons, poubelle de tri...) Moins chouette : cuisine ultra rudimentaire : couverts et micro-ondes. Vraiment très compliqué de cuisiner au micro-ondes. Refus ferme de l'hébergeur d'utiliser la fonction grill du M-O, pas de plat adapté, pas de grille. Une plaque chauffante à induction amovible est cachée dans un tiroir bas, mais refus de fournir poêle ou casserole... même pas un torchon, ni passoire, ni paire de ciseaux…opposition également. Les points un peu désagréables : immeuble construit sur le métro A passant toutes les 2 min chaque sens, on sent le lit vibrer chaque minute et le bruit sourd. Claquement de volets à 23h et 05h pénalisant le sommeil. Murs fins, on entend le voisin ronfler. Check-in ultra complexe, des pages à lire. Points désagréables : quartier sinistre, à l'abandon, taggé, sentiment de dangerosité en venant de la gare la nuit, on se réjouissait d'arriver en Italie mais on n'a pas du tout l impression d'y être.
