Pros: excellent front desk service. Very clean. Excellent location comfortable beds Cons:Maintenance problems everywhere. Had to move to a new room to find a bathtub that was functional. Breakfast was average.. missing fresh fruit and mackerel which is standard in most Norwegian hotels. Lack of attention to detail with food resulted in raw eggs instead of soft cooked and uncooked oatmeal.Had problems with coffee machine and toaster where guests were waiting in line. We opted to go out to dinner instead of eat dinner offered at hotel because poor quality food.

This hotel is a “home style” accommodation. Breakfast and dinner is buffet style, bus your own table, dinners were very basic and simple meals..soup,paste,bread,salad. In 5 days , our room was never cleaned. We got our own towels off a cart that was left in the hallway. The best amenity was at teatime, excellent cake and tea..all self serve.

Very good location but older hotel and very loud outside. Hotel staff was not very friendly and the elevator was broken while we were there which was unfortunate. Overall good for location but not much else.
