The staff is incredibly helpful from Tom at the front desk to Sarah at the restaurant everyone goes out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We’ll be back since the service is always fantastic! The rooms are comfortable, safe location close to main roads, dining and shopping. Love to stay here!

They didn’t clean my room the first night, they advertised pool and hot tub, but the hot tub was broken, no notice, and what they called a restaurant was a Starbucks with limited hours and food. And the elevator broke, they didn’t put up a notice, and I’m disabled, had to go down the stairs. Was very disappointed.

This is my second stay, about ten years after the first. The staff are good, I had no issues. But the facility is in bad need of a makeover. I found one accessible outlet in the room, it was at the bathroom sink. The other was under the desk and behind the tv stand..not accessible and not okay these days. The coffee and food didn’t seem to be available Friday afternoon or Saturday morning…so when is it available?

I have stayed in this hotel a few times in the past. During my recent visit however, my car was broken into during the early morning hours and my back window was smashed in. Although the staff was very helpful in giving me phone numbers for the local police and helping me clear out the broken glass, I was advised by the police officer to not stay at this hotel or any other hotel in the Stockton area as cars commonly get broken into. Very sad.
