Stayed at a few different hotels in this area and this one tops them all! Price was right, room was perfect and love the full size refrigerator. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel will be my first choice when visiting this area in the future.

Nice place

The check in chicken process was quick and easy. Found our room very comfortable and nicely furnished. The bed was a bit hard for my taste but I slept OK. The grab and go breakfast was minimal, but we were meeting friends for breakfast somewhere else. The checkout process was quick and painless. All of the employees we dealt with were very friendly and professional.

Not happy at all

I never checked in. I waited at the front desk for an hour. Called hotel the phone just rang over and over. Contacted the after hours number spoke to serveral people to be told there was nothing they could do. Several guests tried to help me.I was provided a compliance number. I will be contacting them as the hotel is trying to charge me.

Needs upgrades

Its a fairly clean outdated hotel that needs upgrades. It's rather outdated. Needs better lighting. Dim lighted hallways. Very dark and gloomly. Needs to be given a fresher look. Needs paint, new carpet, bathrooms, kitchen, televisions. My room was comfortable, but had a strange odor. Television needed new remote, had 2 lamps that didnt work, bathroom sink didn't have a stopper. Staff was nice and efficient. It was in a great location. I will probably find another place to stay next time unless they gut the place and start over new. It needs some serious attention if they want customers to have an "extended stay".

Would not stay here again.

They weren’t not accommodating for any changes. I understand that they don’t have to do anything, but they weren’t willing to even listen or check into situations. We had a nonsmoking room and it smelled like smoke. Like they had just bombed to cover the smell. Not just our room but the halls, walls, and floor was so dirty, unkempt. It was a yucky feeling. The bedding was that wet, like they were trying to dry in the room with the air conditioning. I’m so thankful it was just my husband and I and we didn’t bring our children. It was just uncomfortable and we were only there for one night! I wouldn’t recommend.

If you like to feel clean and/or have children please don’t stay here unless you have to. The front desk lady was AMAZING she’s the only reason I stayed calm. She checked us in at 9pm and checked us out at 7:45am. We didn’t want to move rooms after already in ours as we have a toddler and infant and so much stuff to move after being on the road all day. Long story short over the course of 5 minutes we noticed a very dark stain on the blanket, sofa spill that had not been cleaned up which made EVERYTHING sticky, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, the stove was grimy and to top it off there was a live rodent and insect glue trap in plain sight in the bathroom. Thankfully I found it before either of my children. Shockingly the bed was clean and comfy. We slept. We woke up and were out within 30 minutes (record time!) no supervisor by the time we left unfortunately. Again front desk lady was super nice but won’t be staying here again.

This was a Sh__ Hole! Don't stay here! The room smelled like Dog P__! The floors were filthy. There was no cups in the room, no hangers, no coffee maker and it cost 2 dollars for bottle of water...if the machine doesn't take your money! Which forget about getting your money back. The day shift clerk was a total A__ Hole! I had to beg for 2 glasses. The hotel doesn't own the vending machine, so they have NO control over the machine. There was 7 lights in the king size room and only 3 worked! So it was dark, smelly and extremely disappointing to have to stay the night there. It was right across the street from the hospital, where my husband was having surgery. Drive a few next minutes down the road! And save yourself the awful experience I will never stay in am American Extended Stay hotel, ever again!! The only plus for this hotel was the was comfortably.

Don't waste your money

Don't stay here!!! The front desk guy was rude, didn't even look at my reservation which already paid for or that I had reserved 2 rooms on the first floor due to recent back surgery. He then said "it will be a few minutes, the housekeepers need to clean 2" This is at 3pm and rooms not cleaned! After waiting a half hour He told me "You are just gonna have to stay on the third floor because the housekeepers are not going to clean 2 rooms" What? Are you kidding me> "Your housekeepers tell you what they will or will not do" He then proceeded with very inappropriate attitude stating "Take the rooms or leave" Unfortunately we were in need of showers etc to be in time for our visitors engagement to KC. When I finally got to my room: the room smelled like some ones body odor! the exhaust fan in the bathroom was soooo loud I could not use it and had to get ready in the dark. The lamps did not work and the refrigerator kept making popping noises all night. What a horrible experience for this elderly woman.

Kaylee and Grant at the front desk were outstanding! They delivered excellent customer service. The hotel is in a very nice area, good for walking, close to the highway and all kinds of shopping. Now the hotel... the website is a lie. The room was only surface clean, needed a deep clean everywhere. The floors were done with what must have been a sticky squeaky disinfectant spray. Tub floor was gray. Kitchen had nothing but 1 dish towel, nothing else. The TV was old and small. the air conditioner worked but was very loud. No breakfast really. No meeting room really. Common areas such as: laundry room, elevator, muffin/coffee room was dirty. No decafe for the evening. Fridge was full size and worked. The place was outdated and sad. The price was cheap but I'll pay a little more and go somewhere else next time. There are a lot of other options around that area.
