We had a wonderful stay in Munich during Oktoberfest! The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were on the smaller side, but they were very clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic, with the train station, Oktoberfest grounds, and Old Town all approximately a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything Munich has to offer.l The prices were certainly on the higher side for the size of the rooms, but considering we were visiting during Oktoberfest, they were actually quite reasonable compared to many other hotels in the area. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, well-located place to stay while exploring Munich!

The room was very cozy and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was also convenient that the lobby offered refreshments and small snacks for purchase. The location was great, and getting to the hotel from the train station was very easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Room - clean, decent sized, great location (esp for Oktoberfest). Air conditioning was inadequate, and shut off on its own every 2-3 hours, even at night. Could not get temp under 23.5C/75F. Front desk was no help. Room also had a note that a flat sheet could be requested from the front desk but NO ONE at the desk knew anything about that. We were given a twin duvet cover instead. Breakfast was overpriced, eggs were cold right as they were put out.
