10/10 Exceptional

Good location with easy access. I was in and out in less than 10 hours so it was literally just a bed to sleep in and a shower to use. I appreciate the proximity to PGH and that I don’t need to pay for parking at this hotel. I’d stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our daughter was getting married and we needed a hotel close. We chose Hampton because we stayed at other Hampton Inns and have been pleased. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and this means alot to me. Would we stay at this Hampton Inn again? Absolutely!!!

2/10 Poor

I stayed there for 4 days and three nights and my room was never cleaned once. There was never any fresh towels brought. No garbage was empty. Not even a roll of toilet paper was brought. I did let the front desk know and they told me a manager would call me on the day of my departure. I'm still waiting for that phone call. I don't think I will ever stay there again. On the positive note, the breakfasts were delicious everyday

Hotel is very clean, nice workout room and indoor pool, professional staff, room was larger than at most hotels, TV is set up for streaming services, unusually good hot breakfast that's free, easy access from highways, lots of shopping and restaurants in immediate area.
