Check in staff was very friendly. When airfare they recommended a nearby restaurant. We did use the hot tub this trip and found it pleasant. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom and a nice size bedside cabinet.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had many options. At check in we were treated to chips and salsa and a trail mix snack bar. Hotel is very close to the Heartland bike trail which connects to Paul Bunyon trail which is the longest bicycle trail in Minnesota. Staff allowed us to extend out check out time to by an hour which gave us enough time ride the trails before checking out. Staff were very friendly and easy to talk to.

Although the hotel is doing renovations, it was still clean. The staff was very friendly. We have stayed here several times over the past ten years and this was the best stay we have had so far. We stayed in a newly renovated room and it definitely was an upgrade.
