No customer service

Our flight was cancelled and rebooked for 2 days later and there were little reasonable options so we quickly made reservations. There was a digital check-in and they did not send the code and we had to wait for someone to come out to enter building to get to the apartment. Furthermore, our airline rebooked for the next day, and the business would not refund our second night stay for any reason. While the place was clean and in a good location the customer service was not existent.

Issue with My Reservation

I had issues with my reservation. For some reason, it was confirmed for the wrong date, and a no-show occurred on my part. I reached out to the property to try to find an amicable solution. However, the property didn’t seem to care much about the situation and said there was nothing they could do. I expected a different attitude from the property, something that could help resolve the issue, considering that the no-show happened on the first day of the reservation. I expected a different approach from the property.

Being 69, I found it odd to do everything electronically. AC was not working, cleaning staff did not know how to fix it, and our last email was not answered. Perfect location, comfortable, clean and unique. A 250 euro damage deposit was requested the day before checkin, a 36 euro cleaning fee had to be paid in advance and hopefully will be returned within 48 hours as mentioned in the “rules”
