It's literally like camping...I love that feel. The owner is very nice and extremely accommodating. We arrived really late and everyone was gone for the day but she made sure to leave an envelope where we would see it to let us know where our key wàs. She did all this even before receiving payment.(We book through hotels.com and it has you pay at the property at the owners request). Very peaceful and quiet. It is also like it's own little world with a small general store, gas station, diner and a miniatue golf course. I highly recommend this place!!!

The staff is great, the water in room was black at 1st, then it smelled really bad like sulfur. We didn't wash up or showered.

Needs updating. The rooms rug was torn, couldn’t use the TV. Couldn’t even watch the morning news. The air conditioner was loud and couldn’t find a switch or way to turn on lights by the nightstand.

Rooms have an older look to them, but well kept. I’d say my only criticism of the room was the showerheads in the bathroom. Definitely seen years of the hard water, suggest getting some new ones, nothin’ fancy. They were still functional nonetheless.

This was the cutest little mom & pop place. It reminded me more of an air b-n-b though, you’re more on your own (there was not a daily house keeper), BUT the office/convenient store on site gave us what we needed when asked (towels etc.). You also are allowed to go to the office/ convenient store after 7am to get free coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate etc. My family really enjoyed staying here and will return when we are in town, if we need a place to stay.
