Everything you need for a stay in one affordable place. No hassle and if you require assistance or anything extra they are as accommodating as can be. Great positioning for travel and things to do. The AC came in very handy and we had no issues whatsoever with it 😊

Stayed 5 nights at one of the apartments. -clean, spacious, light and airy. Transport links very good, Bus stop few minutes walk away with metro and tram stops 10-15 min walk. There are several mini marts nearby and cafes/restaurants with very friendly and welcoming staff a short walk away. The apartment we felt was a little tired and needed an update and a few repairs I.e loose kitchen tap and toilet seat, shower area and fittings needed replacement. Front door to building and door to garden did not close/lock automatically as stated and appeared left unlocked 24/7. Graca felt safe but I'm sure other visitors like ourselves would feel more comfortable and secure if this was addressed. This did not distract from our stay which we enjoyed very much and Graca is an authentic working neighbourhood with cafes/restaurants full of locals. Graca area situated behind castle on Tram 28 or 12 route and close to Alfama District. Thank you to Teresa for her help and info provided to reach the apartment from the Metro stop Alameda which was extremely easy. Beautiful City and people and will be returning.

Overall our experience was neutral. The check in process/instructions were easy to follow, good communication with the host and the property was relatively clean. The pictures advertising the property were very inaccurate - both the interior and exterior. Overall, it was fine for a short 2 night stay.

This a modernized stylish property in an old bldg. Great beds, garden and shower. Easy to get to the metro and only 2 stops from the square. The front door to the bldg was a bit challenging as was the walk up the hill but overall would highly recommend.

This property is excellent for location , right in old Alfalma, you see and feal the real working Portuguese . Its a very steep location if walking but is in the heart of great Fado bars and experiences, many great independent restaurants but do your homework or get recommendations . Metro well served as is the dock cruises. Lots of churches and national monuments and the Flea market (Tuesday and Saturday ) is five minutes away. Tram 28 runs close as is the airport, well served by Uber. Many minimarkets , cafes and bars nearby. Not wheelchair friendly. Property is tight stairway with low ceiling watch your head .Good wi.fi, kitchen with modern appliances, A/C great. Shower great but water floods floor, Bathroom surface requires painting, its ugly concrete. TV never used. pest control needs to spray as small bugs and mosquitos present, door to patio stiff and blind did not work and eventually fell off. Lovely lemon tree with free lemons. Best thing was the property manager contact, very accessible, professional, caring and immediately acted on any problems and great with recommendations . Needs new pillows , bed wonderful.

Very good place in a quiet neighborhood of Lisbon, if you look for close by nightlife, this place is not for you. Overall we were glad to stay here

The place was beautiful and clean but our sink in the bathroom and toilet were not working well which is needed for a stay. We had to do a lot of handy work to get the toilet to flush which was a bit ridiculous for a stay. Overall though the place is really nice and would be a 5 star if basic amenities worked.

hassle free checking in process, the pictures of the room didn’t do it justice - we loved the room when we walked in and were really chuffed, quiet area but has all the links to have you in the thick of the city within 20 minutes, flea market down the hill is worth a walk and from there you are right by the center. Again property was amazing, good contact from hosts and really set us up for a great trip ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
