10/10 Exceptional

The people working there were very kind, welcoming, attentive and helpful. The pool was fantastic and unique because it is a salt water pool. It is in a perfect location, close to the beach and stores & restaurants.

Staff was very friendly, parking was available at all times. The rooms and property are outdated it can use fresh updated rooms and linens. Otherwise the location, the staff and the pool was amazing.

Great place to stay for Belmar beach visits. Clean. Cold AC. Comfy beds. We were supposed to have a queen but it was a king. Will definitely go again.

Clean room, nice pool, front desk staff is nice. The breakfast is choice of three cereals, or bagels. Coffee and juice. I felt safe. It was quiet. Bed was quite firm. Easy access to supermarket, coffee shops, tjmx, target. I would stay there again when in that area.

Weak to no wifi Generally rundown facilities, but didn’t expect much for the price. Great to have access to a pool though. And decent proximity to Asbury Park.

We stayed in room 130. It was super dated, definitely use to be a smoking room. The bed was old and not comfortable. The tub has a big crack in the middle that had been epoxied. The sink and floor were beat as well. I needed a place to crash for work but wouldn't stay if it was vacation. The staff was friendly.

The room smelled terrible and towels were thin and stained. The tub surround was cracked so water flowed under it - I'm quite sure mold would be flourishing The bed was surprisingoy comfy. Breakfast was pretty crummy - cereal, bagels, and coffee.

Nearby shops and restaurants were easy to get to.

Parking was convenient. The room smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. AC and TV are difficult to operate. The staff was friendly.

Free parking, near the beach, & staff are nice. The sheets are clean however the comforters are somewhat dirty.

Not bad for the price paid. Definitely dated and rooms a bit grungy, but not the worst. In a pinch, and need to stay overnight in a place in the area for a decent weekday price you could do worse. Here - there is a mini fridge, rooms are somewhat clean, AC worked, tv worked - and there was a desk/table in the room in which I stayed...but no chair. One oddity here is despite the strong anti-smoker sentiment you will usually find in NJ, this place has smoking rooms available.

The check in was seamless. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating. However there was constant issues with the tv. It didnt work the majority of my two days there. Staff did all that could be expected and went above and beyond but it didnt work. I just stopped mentioning it. I was only there 2 days for business

Rim was clean plenty of towels and washcloths. There does seem to be some full time residence here. 1 or 2 night guests should not be given a room next to them. They're loud car starting at six a m for them to go to work.Well it's not pleasant
