Very clean room and appears to have newer updates. Staff is wonderful and very polite. We were attending a football game and the 15-20 minute walk to the stadium was the reason we selected the hotel. Highly recommend staying here! Added bonus is the pancake restaurant next door is delicious!

The rooms are clean and renovated. The outside appearance needs some grooming. But it's fairly cleaned and maintained for the most part. It's a great rest stop . There is a very nice pancake house next door for breakfast. Overall I'll give it 4.5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟

This is a no frills, great priced hotel that is very well kept up (looks like maybe they have done recent updates). It is very clean, very conveniently located (we walked to an IU football game), and a great little hotel over all. We wanted a hotel close to the stadium and this was literally the cheapest one so I had low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. We stood out side our second floor room and watched the crowds billowing in for the game before we walked up to the stadium. the staff was very nice and helpful. Our room had a fridge and a microwave and lots of channels on the tv! Would stay here again!

Very basic motel near IU campus and sports complexes. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The parking lot and outside was well-maintained and brightly lit. No amenities that we saw, but we were only here for one evening and only used the room to shower and sleep. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and pleasant. I would stay here again.

Great stay and perfect location!

Rooms were remodeled, clean, comfy. The owners (husband & wife) were amazing and so kind. Location was perfect to get to daughter’s dorm and quick to town. Definitely would stay again. Thank you for a great stay!!

Parking well lit at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but this is a no-frills room. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, tv, small fridge, but that is it. Nothing fancy, but checks the boxes for a close to campus decent place to stay. Room doors open out to parking lot and your car can be parked right outside your door. Nice coved walk outside your door to protect from rain.

Good value for basic room great location with friendly staff. Large updated bathroom and comfortable beds. Not fancy, but very good for sleep. Nice breakfast place next door, and walking distance to Heart Works Brewery and nearby GoExpress shuttle stop.
