The hotel is under construction, but the noise didn't bother us because we had an ocean view with a balcony. I can't wait to stay again after upgrades are completed. Hotel staff and the construction crew were extremely friendly. Great location right in the center of all the action. Only down side was the hot tub wasn't working, which I was looking forward to soaking in after an extremely long work week. Will definitely stay again.
