8/10 Very good

Small, clean, no-nonsense hotel which was overpriced, but available considering it was a university homecoming weekend.

6/10 Good

We were very surprised that for the price we were charged for the room, that it wouldn't be cleaned until we checked out, three nights later. We had to take care of our own garbage, and was only left with 1/2 roll of TP. The day staff was very helpful, the night check in staff was not the most friendly we have ever encountered. The rooms were very quiet, we didn't know if there was anyone beside or above us. That was so appreciated.

8/10 Very good

The bad news first. The elevator was broken four of the five days and the stairwells had foul and musty smells. The good news is that the staff, DirecTV, water pressure, comfy beds, multiple usb plugs, cold fridge, microwave, parking, and awesome A/C, made my stay enjoyable. I did not eat breakfast, but I did take advantage of bowls and cutlery.

There was a smell of mildew in the hallway on the first floor and our room had an odd odor but other than that the lobby was clean and nice. The staff was great!
