This was a lovely hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff was very helpful upon check in and check out. Location was perfect to get everywhere we wanted to go, either walking distance, or via the ferry or the tram nearby. Would stay here again next time!

Staff was generally helpful. No iron or hairdryer in room small but suitable for us two. One significant complaint I have with the hotel is the perfume smell in the lobby. I had to hold my breath getting in and out.

Great hotel. Super helpful and friendly staff. Incredibly clean. The rooftop terrace and dining room have amazing views of the Bophorous. Great breakfast buffet. The pool is gorgeous and the sauna was great. The gym is small but has everything you need. Well located in vibrant Karakoy. Highly recommend.
