Great owners that take pride in their property - nicely renovated and super comfy bed. Nearby Encinitas and Carlsbad beaches with a nice parking lot that is free for guests. Amazing value near the main downtown section of Encinitas. Many food delivery options and the hotel is great at having the delivery driver come to your room to drop off.

This lovely little hotel is dropped right into a beautiful neighborhood in Encinitas. The hotel looks nice from the exterior. The rooms are well kept, everything in the room worked. Breakfast in the morning was very light, but useful. The staff was friendly and provided help anytime they were asked to. We will definitely stay here again.

It's just an older place that cound use some general mainenance upgrades. Bed was comfortable. Relatively clean. Some fresh fruit at the continental breakfast would have been nice. Note to management. I am a former housekeeper. Always use clean linen to wipe down surfaces and a fresh bucket for mopping.

The room was very clean & the bed was comfy. The AC worked very well. Theres a small swimming pool. There are restaurants within walking distance.The hotel is along the Coaster Commuter Train line. It was not an issue since the train passes by quickly. I'm a light sleeper. i stayed mid-week and the hotel was quiet. Staff is very helpful.
