Reception staff were great but the hotel is dated, loud and numerous basic issues
Dean, 3-night trip

OK but could do we some love

This is an OK hotel, good location and nice pool. We have stayed here a few times but it's getting a little tired. The bar is rarely open.
Edward, 2-night trip

Great smaller hotel!

Very nice hotel. My dbl queen size room (with a hide-a-way in the smaller sofa) was spacious. Lots of room. Only issue i saw was the door handle being loose on the barn door-style bathroom door. Microwave and small fridge are nice to have as well. Friendly staff as well. Would stay again when in the area.

Great location and staff are great! Nice clean beautiful rooms.

Should not allow dogs, dog was barking for hours at night.
Thomas, 2-night trip

Front desk forgot to have our room cleaned while we were gone one day for 7 hours. We had walked to front desk and asked for it.
Patty, 4-night trip

Nice

Great 1 night stay. Nice area, specious room, comfy bed. The pillows were just too big and fluffy for me. The shower didn't have a door and water splashed out but no big deal.
Max, 1-night trip

Cute boutique hotel in great area

Everything was great what a cute place and town, very comfortable and nice staff! I had only one small issue no hot water in the shower but maybe I didn’t wait long enough for it to get hot. Otherwise would love to stay here again
Dana, 1-night trip

Loveliness

Front staff was exceptional! Waived my early check and parking cause I got a flat tire and my car was in the shop for two day. They were lovely! My only complaint is that the executor is extremely slow and there’s only one :) other than that! Amazing!
Lindsay, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Very loud room right over the freeway, couldn't sleep.
Kelly, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Staff was very accommodating, The condition of room was a lot to be desired. Lighting was poor. After we informed about ants in the bathroom, the ant problem remained. Will not return or recommend this property. Again, the only positive was that staff was friendly and the location was convenient.
Rachel, 5-night trip

Room near lobby

We were assigned a room right next to the lobby, which was a huge disappointment. Three moms, no kids — we were looking for a relaxing getaway, but instead we got constant noise. We could hear people walking in and out all hours, housekeeping yelling to each other, and the steady stream of guests walking down the halls. It felt like trying to sleep in the middle of a busy train station. Definitely not the peaceful stay we expected.
Michelin, 1-night trip

Our bathroom door was stacked -lobby people said the engineer is coming in at 8 am to fix it but I had to call lobby back to remind them
Elenita, 1-night trip

Hotel 10 except for odor

Rooms spacious and clean, staff friendly and helpful, surrounding area luxurious and entertaining- my only, only one qualm is that there is this distinct odor in the lobby that can linger into the rooms- I’ve stayed here a few times and never had this issue initially. The last few times I’ve stayed here (all within the past 6months) the smell is there each time. I bring a room spray to mitigate the odor- but other than the smell the hotel is a nice quaint place to stay
Karenjan, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Property is in good condition. Hallways look like a cruise ship. We stayed two nights. So for time they don't clean room unless you ask. Asked for clean towels and they were sent to our room upon request. Parking is very tight. Along with parking a movie was filming on property. Would have been good to have a heads up but what do you expect. It's Los Angeles. Good experience overall. They have a restaurant but there are enough shopping and dining places around the area within walking distance. Nice safe area to stay.
Bradford, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

This is not a good hotel!! When I checked in they let me know I can either walk through the entire hotel to get to my room or walk through the garage and then take an elevator. There are no additional doors. I paid an extra $15 to park in the OPEN garage. It’s $15 per night. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes and vape smoke. The room was literally right next to the freeway. There was a broken down chain fence between my room and the freeway. I could hear the traffic all night. They did not inform me I would essentially be sleeping next to traffic all night. When I realized I forgot a toothbrush I asked he front desk for one and they stated they don’t have any complimentary ones but I can buy a toothbrush & tube of toothpaste from their gift shop!! What hotel doesn’t offer guest complimentary toothbrushes? I have never had that experience. The morning check out staff was rude and unhelpful. The hotel felt dirty and unkept. A waste of money and I wish I had stayed elsewhere
Natali, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Rooms are big, walking distance to restaurants, front desk service customer service fair, the freeway noise was so loud making sleep tough. This was our 3rd stay here and likely our last.
Suzanne, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great check in
Flor, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

All doors and cabinets in the room are scratched up. Coffee all over elevator wall and floor. We were offered a complimentary parking but 2 days later they charged my card $15.00 . Shady people and management. Never going there again
Kamran, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Staff professional and comfortable quiet rooms. Heater didn’t work. Would stay there again if need arises.
Connie, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent stay. We had a couple of issues with the bathroom lights strobing and I told the staff upon checkout. They were a fantastic staff.
