Os funcionários foram excelentes, no entanto não conseguimos curtir a piscina , visto que o local estava cheio de pombos e fezes deles por todo os lugares até mesmo dentro da piscina. Fiz uma reclamação com o próprio gerente, mas não houve solução. Infelizmente não voltaria neste hotel.

O hotel tem condições precárias, na fachada pode enganar pelos móveis e decoração, mas as instalações são antigas, sujas e mal feitas. O café da manhã é o único que salva, mas também não é tudo isso. O atendimento do recepcionista a noite foi péssimo! Grosseiro e não soube tratar os clientes. Solicitei um edredom e nem isso tinha. O quarto os armários caindo aos pedaços, os lençóis todos manchados, o banheiro muito sujo e fedia, o box totalmente sujo, não tinha nem onde pendurar a toalha!!! Nota dó para esse hotel

A estrutura do hotel deixou muito a desejar, pelo Menos no quarto que fiquei. A falta de manutenção nos ambientes está nítida, como Box do banheiro, frigobar, pintura do quarto, a situação não me agradou nesse aspecto, fazendo com que eu não tivesse uma boa experiência. Mas em relação a atendimento e limpeza é café da manhã, estão de parabéns.
