Really great property. The helpful, pleasant staff was the highlight but the property itself far exceeded my expectations The best value I’ve gotten from a hotel in a long time. The location is obviously great. The lobby was big, felt fresh and had great art and sculptures. The lobby was also very well maintained. The room was very clean and large especially by Miami standards. Only complaints were lack of complimentary water in the rooms and the coffee setup in the rooms is not ideal. There’s an Nespresso type machine but no pods. The eagerness of the staff to help was the main takeaway. Front desk, valet and bell were very professional, eager to help, and pleasant. Michaelangelo particularly made things very smooth. Can’t wait to go back!

Staying at the Grand Beach Hotels is one of my favorite times. From beginning of your trip to the end it is nothing short of fantastic! Pro: Would definitely stay there again. Staff was excellent, beach and pool were great. Room was very good. Valet was timely. Con: High cost for parking and “resort fee”. Welcome at the reception wasn’t the best warmed welcome, but correct. Rest of personnel is friendly. Rooms kind of old. I asked twice to check and fix the connectivity of the Crome cast they had in the room, and no action was taken. The inform about bar service on the beach but no one showed up. Location is good, though.
