8/10 Very good

Room got a bit cold but heater doesn’t work, the staff ended up bringing me a portable heater and I’m being charged for some amenities fee but didn’t take anything extra, not sure what the amenities invoice was. But overall stay was pretty good. The hotel garden is lovely and really enjoyed S’more hour from 7-8pm.

Great location. Restaurant was good with complimentary breakfast. Gameroom with pinball, pool, and board games was a great way to end the day. Ask about what you can borrow from the cage, although can't borrow the popcorn cart (lol).

We loved this hotel. It had so many things to offer. The front desk staff is one of the best. The kids loved the free arcade games and checking out the Nintendo Switch. We will recommend The Hotel Zags to people we know traveling to Portland.

Very fun cool hotel with such style! They provide just about anything and everything you need! We loved the chill hangout spot by the fire at night. They have such comfortable outdoor seating and provided free stuff to make smores! Beds were comfortable rooms were nice! Only thing is the included breakfast was very limited. They only have bagels, oranges, muffins, and yogurt. I would stay again
