I explained during checking in, the reservation was supposed to be for 3 people per room (2 adults and 1 child). I had 2 rooms. Front desk rep said no problem, gave me a room with two single beds and a sofa bed. This was for both rooms. When we called down to reception for extra pillows, linnen and such, she said she was the only one and we would have to come down and get it ourselves. My wife went down to reception and also explained that she was unable to open the sofa bed. The reception was extremely rude and said housekeeping has left and there is nothing they can do as the sofa beds are locked and only housekeeping has the key to open them. The receptionist then goes only to say, that our original reservation was for 2 people so she has no obligation to help. My wife explained that we cleared this up at check in, which is why we had rooms on two seperate floors, to accomadate for the larger room. But she didnt care to listen and flatly said, there is nothing I can do. Also, my wife noticed there was another person also working at receoption so, she lied when she told us she was the only person working in the hotel. I would never stay in this hotel ever again.
