The hotel was very nice and centrally located in the heart of town. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants and metro lines. The staff was very helpful and friendly and our stay over two days was perfect. It allowed us to explore the Rhine River Castles and countrysides of Germany.

Room was very comfortable and the front desk staff was very helpful.

Lovely staff and tidy facilities. My room was on the 5th floor which required a flight of stairs from the elevator, which was not an issue for me but may be for some guests. No coffee/tea supplies in room. Well located and good value.

Central, convenient, clean!

Go-to place when in Cologne for work. A no-frills accommodation option that is clean, organized, and in an excellent, central location.

Perfectly located hotel in the heart of Cologne at Rudolfsplatz. It is clean and has everything that is needed for a short stay. Great value for money!

Nice hotel & room

Good hotel in a nice area of Cologne. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. Wish there was a mini fridge in the room.

Had a wonderful stay. Friendly front desk team. Everything was perfect. Only suggestion is to provide two pillows in the single rooms, but I’m sure I could have asked for one.

Nice hotel, good location

Happy with location, lost of places all around for food and drinks, tram stop close by so easy to get around, or only 24 minute walk from train station. Room has everything you need. We didnt have a view as looked out on a stairwell but this was a short sightseeing trip so view not needed as only in room to sleep.

Lovely hotel. Everything is clean and well maintained. The majority of the staff are friendly and approachable. A great selection for breakfast. A glass or cup in the room would have been a nice, useful extra. Maybe even a bottle of water. Visitors should be aware that the hotel is on many different levels. Stairs are everywhere.

Nice central location. Parking is tricky. Please update or remove carpet. But amazing beds and very clean updated washrooms, lovely spot for a cologne visit.

Bed is not really comfortable and TV/room design quite old

Good space, comfortable room, no air conditioning but fan available within room for hot summer night

6/10 Good

The room was very old and very hot (the weather was extremely hot). Beds were far apart. The lift only goes to the 4th floor, no airconditioning but a pretty small fan (which good only cover one bed). Good thing is the parking. Pretty small for 18 euros a night but directly at the hotel. This part of the city is very nice, close to the city centre, public tranportation close and a lot of cafes and restaurants.
