The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nice too, but it had a little smell when you stepped in. I don't like carpet in rooms. I think tile, hardwood, vinyl...should be used in hotels for cleanliness, easy of cleaning and especially if hotel is pet friendly (we have and love our pets). Hard floors make it easier to clean. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was great. Nice fridge, not a cooler, but a fridge. Location was great.

Very close to I-40 but our “mountain view” room was perfectly quiet. The room was completely renovated with very nice linens. Be aware that this is an old style motel where you enter your room directly from the parking lot. There is no elevator to the second floor. Breakfast was typical and included waffles, hard boiled eggs, and biscuits & gravy. Enjoyed a swim and then drove into the historic town of Dandridge— highly recommended if you have time.
