8/10 Very good

The beds are comfortable and the staff is amazing! In spite of our room being a non smoking it reeked of cigarettes, also we were at the end and people stood outside our room smoking and the smell was overwhelming.

6/10 Good

I didn't realize when I booked this hotel that all the rooms had doors that opened to the outside. The flys and mosquitoes were a problem every time anyone went in or out the door. The cleaning staff were good and the rooms were clean. The front desk was understaffed as they were very crowded.

A fine hotel and enjoyable stay. Check-in was easy, the room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, the manager was genial, Taste of Dandridge nearby was a great place to have dinner, and the hotel breakfast offered hot and cold options. No complaints! Would stay here again 😊

10/10 Exceptional

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nice too, but it had a little smell when you stepped in. I don't like carpet in rooms. I think tile, hardwood, vinyl...should be used in hotels for cleanliness, easy of cleaning and especially if hotel is pet friendly (we have and love our pets). Hard floors make it easier to clean. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was great. Nice fridge, not a cooler, but a fridge. Location was great.
