We had a great stay! Gerald in reception was very welcoming and a very bubbly person, The room was very clean and the AC was blowing very cold which was a welcome feature during the hot Winnipeg summer. The breakfast was also good with a good selection of breads pancakes and beverages. All in all a great value for our money and will definitely consider staying there again for a staycation.

Arrived earlier than check-in (2:20 PM) and told to come back at 3 PM. Arrived back at 3:20 PM and told our room was still not ready. Waiting until after 4 PM for our room to be ready and we were asked if we wanted the room cleaned the next day and we said yes please. Our room was NOT cleaned the next day. Other than these two items, the staff were very pleasant, room was very nice and buffet breakfast is always a nice treat.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the highway, with several restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in a pet-friendly room with our cat. Unfortunately, there was a very strong odor in the room that was difficult to get rid of. We opened both doors to improve ventilation, but the smell still remained. Other than the odor, everything else was fine and the location was quite convenient.
