Great location- can walk to so much from this vibrant arrondissement. Hotel was cozy and friendly. Room was spacious enough and very comfortable. (Good Air Conditioning). (Hair dryers are the European built-in type in case you'd rather bring your own. ) Loved the cold water in the glass re-fillable carafes that we could grab on our way back up to our room after a long day of sightseeing.

Noisy and Dusty! And poor a/c! Upon entering room , a cushioned chair w fuzz and paper shreds . Cups and glasses coated with dust, the phone visibly dusty,the bathroom floor bits of dirt and a shelf never cleaned and dirty mirror! The “air conditioning” was a stand up portable - that meant the window had to be open 7” to vent out the window! This is a VERY noisy street w a pub next door and young people parting and yelling at 3 am. At 4;00 am garbage pick up crashing glass sounds-and the window is open for ac! The windows are old single pane. So even closing window -no ac, you still hear the crowds at bars and in streets til 2-3 am. I would not eat any breakfast there, too dirty . I paid $427 per night for 5 nights ! Outrageous for a dirty, faux ac, noisy hotel. I stayed because I had many plans , no time to look for another and it was in a good location for where I needed to be. Hotels should drop them!

We were lucky to get a reservation in this Sant Germain de Pres hotel. We could walk everywhere we wanted to visit and there were several very good restaurants minutes away. Paris was having a heat wave and we were so happy to have an Air-conditioned hotel!.The breakfast was very generous and the proprietor was eager to make sure we had a good stay. We will be sure to return .

Hotel was extremely well located. Staff was super helpful with all aspects from lost luggage to recommendations. And the receptionist doubled as the bartender! Rooms are very clean and had plenty of space to unpack. No extra room to lounge in room, but that is standard for many European hotels and the bar and breakfast areas downstairs were good options. Bathrooms modern and worked well. This worked great for our group!
