The room was fine for 3 adults although the 3rd bed was not made up, there were only 2 towels and the shower nozzle was unable to be connected to the vertical adjustment bar. The restaurant was quite good, the front desk and housekeeping were very attentative and quick to respond to our needs. Kudos to them.

Worthwhile stay

Fabulous double room , well decorated and spacious. High quality sheets and pillows. Bathroom with bathtub a nice touch and with good quality toiletries. Breakfast was good overall with a wider selection, a bit less than nearby Clarion but with high quality food. Not so much information for anyone with allergies though. Discount for restaurant for Radisson rewards members. Staff very friendly. Gym had one machine of each kind and was very quiet. Overall very worthwhile.

Stay away from the slum of Radisson Blu Terminal

A poorly managed hotel with poor service at the front desk - at least my experience. Probably the worst experience of hotels in the whole life. The start of the stay was when I was not able to figure out where the hotel was. The signs at Arlanda are genuinely misleading: There is only a couple of indications reading "Hotel" somewhere where customers would not normally need those. Instead, according to general logic and common sense, there should be directions provided in each terminal where passengers find themselves after landing. Even if you find a sign it still says very indefinitely "Hotel" not specifying which of the 3 hotels in or about the terminals the sign indicates. The thing is there is a direct connection between the airport and its 3 hotels - Clarion, Comfort, and Radisson Blu. The start for me was quite a challenge which later on aggravated. Once the hotel was found I experience sheer ignorance by the hotel front desk staff. There were a couple of stands at the reception but only one of them was working - the one with the "Rewards" sign serving RB club customers. There was a lady (receptionist) behind the standard desk but she was not caring & attentive. She only peeped at me swiftly to assess the "quality" of a customer in the queue and did not move to invite me to check in. She demonstratively started strange manipulations with her PC. Later I saw her being extremely caring to a man in a suit and tie. Shame such discrimination happens in 21 century in Europe
