A horror film

The worst hotel I have ever stayed! Old, rusty, smelly and there was a spring out of the mattress that hurt my leg! No way to use their old and nasty towels, I bought towels at the supermarket for my whole family. The swimming pool was so dirty that we avoided it! Noisy, smelly and rusty air conditioning. Please consider to take this hotel out of hotel.com

The hotel was overall in terrible conditions. The rooms were torn down! The AC was leaking creating puddles and all they did was bring a towel. The bathroom shower was holding on for dear life. We got the room with a balcony, but it was so sketchy I was scared the balcony was gonna fall at any second. I couldn’t even bring coolers or hot food into the hotel and they had no fridge. Over all I was cursing myself for not looking more Into the hotel before booking. Don’t make the same mistake I did!!!

La habitación estaba limpia, un balcón con excelente vista al mar, el personal de limpieza siempre fue muy atento. Las personas de recepción no te apoyan, el control de la TV no servía y les pedimos apoyo dos veces, pero siempre te dicen que si o que te mandaran el técnico y eso nunca pasa; el Valer Parking siempre es cordial, sin embargo se tardan mucho en traer el coche. Hay cucarachas, estábamos en el piso 9 y subían por el balcón.

solo la ubicacion , muy cerca de la playa . los requisitos para el check in , piden dejar el INE , no se porque razon. el aire acondicionado estaba desconfigurado. y no funcionaba bien no habia toallas para las manos habia cucarachas piden anticipo para las toallas de la alberca no vuelvo a ir a este lugar , aunque fuera gratis.

Viajé con una persona en silla de ruedas, desde el principio envié mensaje indicándoles que tenía necesidades especiales y quería garantizar el acceso adecuado a todas las áreas y cuando llegamos descubrimos que las rampas son terribles, muy inclinadas y peligrosas, la rampa de acceso a la alberca es falsa, solo llega a un piso determinado, después hay escaleras, y el otro acceso termina en una caída de 3-4 metros, muy peligroso si uno no verifica primero. Solicité ayuda para un cambio de hotel y HOTELES.COM no me ayudó en absoluto, solo me hizo perder el tiempo. Mi experiencia del lugar como una opción para viajar con una persona en silla de ruedas es la peor posible, nunca volveré a reservar en este hotel

El hotel está en reconstrucción. Cuenta con lo necesario para pasar una estancia muy austera; no tienen salvavidas ni en la alberca ni en la playa. La alberca no se ve muy limpia. Los elevadores tienen el piso mojado, lo que da mal aspecto. Esperemos que pronto se recupere, era un buen hotel.

Mañana señal de Internet, prácticamente amente sin señal en la habitación, la habitación en malas condiciones, las toallas muy viejas, las almohadas muy incómodas, para el tema de factura, tuve que dejar mis datos y luego enviarlos y presionar para que me la realizarán y eso es muy molesto,, en conclusión no vuelvo a regresar

No hay desayunos, no me metí a la alberca, se veía sucia, en general por el precio está bien, pero no recomendaría quedarte aquí, no hay teléfono en la habitación, no hay room service, ni restaurant en el hotel, no hay área de fumadores, no hay bar, prácticamente es la habitación con aire que medio enfría, no hay agua caliente, sólo tibia así que si vas con familia no es recomendable para niños, el servicio de valet todo bien. No puedes recibir a visitas, just informative.

Todo el hotel está en reparación y las habitaciones en mal estado, faltan llaves en la ducha, el balcón está dañado faltan plafones el los pasillos hay cobros adicionales que no están claros al momento de reservar, el personal de recepción poco tentó upsss y varias cosa mas
