4/10 Fair

Reception staff was totally unhelpful, had to argue with him to get a mountain view room which I reserved to begin with; and he would not give any advice on local transportation or tourist information. There is a spa without any staff. Other staff - door, cleaning, restaurant - were much friendlier. Don't stay here if you are a tourist, it takes about an hour to get to the old city by taxi.

8/10 Very good

The staff were very friendly and kind. The food and overall service were excellent, clean and tidy facilities. My only complaints are with the level of noise heard inside the room and the room amenities that could be improved as well. Despite reserving the room for two people we were told only one cup of coffee/tea was allowed per room and there were no bathrobes available, something simple that can make the experience even better.
