6/10 Good

I appreciated the fast check-in process. I was disappointed about the bar/kitchen closing shortly after I arrived close to 9 PM. Having the ability to log in to my Netflix account was nice. What I don't believe anyone designing the rooms thought of was the placements of electrical outlets. To only have them on the lamps and sofa is inconvenient and not sufficient space for some charger blocks. I also didn't appreciate housekeeping knocking on my door at 10 AM and checkout was at noon--it disrupted my rest.

I had not stayed here for a few years- since the remodel was completed. The room was very nice and quiet. The staff are really nice.

Surprisingly Great Hotel and Area

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was great with Starbucks in the restaurant which was a nice surprise. The area around the hotel was clean with nice restaurants and shops. Overall a great experience.

Good location to visit Frank Lloyd Wright Westcott house. Appreciated bar/bistro in hotel. Clean, comfortable stay.

6/10 Good

The staff at the hotel was great. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was run down, and the breakfast buffet was not good at all. We stayed 2 nights and didn't get fresh towels, nor did they make the bed or freshen up the room. I will not be staying at the Marriot again.

Downtown Springfield has really improved over the last several years. I'm so glad there is a nice place to stay when we visit our family.

Great staff and clean hotel. Dining room and bar was a bonus

6/10 Good

Staff was very courteous. Water was out 4 to 8 pm each night. For a hotel charging higher downtown prices this place needs some upgrades in room and especially bathroom.

10/10 Exceptional

Over all our stay was great. We always stay here when visiting family. The only complaint really is the bathroom sink and shower was still dirty from the last guest. There was hair in both places. BUT the room was very clean and the bed is so comfortable! We will continue to stay here.
