Gesamtfazit: Die Wohnung entspricht in keiner Weise den gezeigten Fotos. Der Zustand ist völlig verlebt, ungepflegt und – was am schlimmsten ist – unsicher. Preis und Leistung stehen hier in keinem Verhältnis. Die Hauptmängel im Überblick: • Hygiene & Sauberkeit: Die gesamte Wohnung war schmutzig. Die ehemals weißen Wände sind mittlerweile schwarz vor Dreck. In der Küche und den Bädern gab es Schimmel sowie kleine Fliegen. Die Polster (Couchkissen) waren so extrem verfleckt und ungepflegt, dass man sich nicht darauf setzen mochte. In beiden Badezimmern herrschte ein penetranter Uringeruch. • Sicherheitsrisiko: Die Wohnungstür ließ sich nicht abschließen. Für uns als Familie mit Kindern ein absolutes No-Go, da weder Schutz vor Einbruch noch die Sicherheit schlafwandelnder Kinder gewährleistet war. Wir haben dadurch keine Ruhe gefunden. • Ausstattung: Die Gardinen waren voll mit Flecken und der angebliche „Jacuzzi“ war in einem Zustand, der eher zum Ekeln als zum Entspannen einlud. Umgang mit Beschwerden: Unser Feedback vor Ort wurde ignoriert. Statt die Mängel zu beheben oder die Tür zu reparieren, wurde uns am letzten Abend eine Flasche Champagner hingestellt. Das ist angesichts der fehlenden Sicherheit und der hygienischen Zustände völlig unangebracht. Wir haben dieses Geschenk nicht akzeptiert, da man eine Wohnung nicht mit Champagner abschließen oder sauber machen kann. Fazit: Wir sind komplett enttäuscht und konnten uns nicht entspannen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
