The staff was incredibly helpful, we were given an accessible room right across the elevator and kindly asked to be moved to a regular room further away due to sound concerns. They were understanding and helpful in giving us a new and very nice room. Also provided amazing food recommendations near by. The hotel is incredibly central to so many things really loved the location too!

8/10 Very good

We were delighted to have our premium room upgraded to a deluxe duplex room. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly. There were just a couple of areas that could be improved. The kettle was not as clean as expected, with some stains around the spout, and the carpet looked a little old and worn.
