Negative: The room, # 222, was clean except for the chair in the corner had a stain on it and the bathtub floor was not clean. The bathtub needs soaked with bleach and then scrubbed with cleanser to remove a black stain. The shower curtain was yellow on the bottom. The women working in the morning Mon - Wed, short, light hair, heavyset, was rather grumpy and didn't even say "good morning" to me. She was however really friendly with the utility workers who stayed at the hotel frequently. Positive: The person working when checking in and was there every evening was very pleasant and willing to help. Antonio, in housekeeping, was very pleasant and vacuumed the room when I asked him to do so. The person on Thursday and Friday morning (red hair) was extremely nice and very helpful when I asked her for additional towels and toilet paper. We did not have housekeeping for the week because we were in the room at times while they were cleaning so we needed more towels, toilet paper and bar soap.

They need to up date the rooms. The bathroom needed to be gutted and redone.

I don't think housekeeping finished cleaning the room. Beds made and clean towels but the floors and bathroom were unclean. No coffee for the coffee maker and it still had the remains of coffee from the last guest. Will not stay there again.

We found that the room was in desperate need of an up grade & better cleaning. After 2 tubes af caulking around the tub they may consider replacing it! Our breakfast was cold & had to reheat it in the microwave. The hot tub was luke warm & the pool are was in need of a good cleaning.
