Great big room for a family. It was a different check in procedure with only a code, and we never saw a worker the entire time we were there, even at the complimentary breakfast, (which was lovely). So that was kind of weird but it worked.

Terrible

Our worst hotel-stay for as long as I can remember. No reception, terrible cleaning (if any), no personell in the hotel, poor food for breakfast, and loud drunk people at night. The only ok thing was the beds, they were alright. I don’t think this hotel should be offered in Hotels.com. When we arrived we could not even get inside.

Electronic things did work well. No probems with opening the garage gate or room door. Problem - door from garage to hotel - was stuck. First we tought - it is locked. After applying more force we could open it, but this is not normal that I must break something to get in. Breakfest was pleasant with one exception - scrambled eggs was made on principe - more salt, less eggs.

Huoneessa ei ollut bidésuihkua. JÀÀhdytysilmastointi tehokas mutta ÀÀnekÀs. Huoltoa kaivataan mm. wc-istuimen tÀyttymisen korjaamiseen ja kaihdinten ja verhojen toimintaan.

HelteellÀ osaa arvostaa ilmastoitua huonetta!

Vallan ok rauhalliseen yöpymiseen keskeisellÀ sijainnilla. Paikka yllÀtti positiivisesti annettuihin pisteisiin nÀhden. Ilmastointi oli hiljainen. Hotellista pÀÀsi suoraan Nepalilaiseen ravintolaan, josta saimme maukasta ruokaa vielÀ klo 24 jÀlkeen (viikonloppu). Aamiainen oli monipuolinen mm. nakkeja, munakokkelia, karjalanpiirakoita, puuroa, jugurtteja, myslejÀ, muroja.

Huone oli likainen. Lattia tahmainen. Vessassa mm. edellisten asukkaiden hammastahnatahrat. parkkihalliin oli mahdotonta ajaa, koska pari autoa (ravintolan työntekijÀt ?? )olivat parkkeeraneet autonsa sisÀÀnkÀynnin eteen. Aamupala oli kehno. LeivÀt oli otettu suoraan pakasteesta esille, olivat jÀisiÀ ja huonolaatuisia. Mansikkahillo ja kinkut harmaita. Kahvi pahaa. Kallis, laatu ei vastaa hintaa, mielestÀni ei hotelli vaan hostelli. Plussaa, ettÀ ilmastointi toimi hyvin kun oli hellettÀ.
