Staff was very nice. Accommodations were average for an older hotel. The grounds outside were dirty with trash and the trash can outside was way overflowing but the hotel was fully booked. I will say it was WAY overpriced for what we got. Over $1700 for 3 nights?!!! Ridiculous prices!

The lobby was lovely, and the staff was very helpful. However, the room was slightly stuffy, and the air conditioner was quite loud. We were in a double room, and the second bed sat flush against the wall, making it almost impossible to reach. There aren't many plugs near the bed, making it hard to plug in all the electronics (including phones and CPAPs). For some reason, it also didn't get very cool. The shower was very small and had no handrails or foot grips. Also, the shower door didn't fit the shower opening at all. It allowed water all over the floor, making everything very slick to step out, and there was no bath mat in the room. The toilet was also very low to the ground, but it wasn't a handicap accessible room. The ceiling vents were not clean, but the room overall seemed reasonably clean. I can't speak for the carpets, as I mostly had shoes on. The hotel is fine, but not super comfortable. For the price, it was reasonable.
