Room and bed were comfortable, and air con and fridge were appreciated in very hot weather. We really enjoyed our stay at Britannia Hotel. It’s a beautiful building with a lot of character built in 1800s. Rooms are a bit small but still functioning for two adults. Breakfast buffet was nice and it is served downstairs near the reception. Location is great, walking distance to Colosseum and a lot more.

We often feel lost in a new city. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They helped us secure a private airport pickup, tickets to the Colosseum after ours fell through, free cooking tour and walking tour and restaurant recommendations.
