So first of all it did not look like the pics AT ALL! There were people everywhere shooting fireworks (which is illegal in city limits!) They put us all the way in the back and the first thing we notice is a boarded up window. Then on the way up the stairs we noticed literally homeless people on mattresses right over the fence next to the balcony. Once inside the room it got worse… the lock was beoken on the door. The fabric worn off the headboards. What looked like blood stains on the mattresses. A melted microwave and not working fridge. A shower that didnt spray straight, just out of the side onto the toilet. Shower floor was about to fall thru. AC unit hanging off. Nasty stains all over the floors and paint peeling off the door casings. Look likel someone rubbed crap all over the door. No coffee or breakfast and i swear there was wildlife swimming in the pool. And laundromat was out of order.

This property is in need of maintenance and updating. We booked it because it was dog friendly. The room was ok for an overnight stay traveling and the price but have seen cleaner. Hair dryer was broke and water faucets didn’t work well. Ice machine didn’t look great so didn’t bother trying to use it. The grounds was littered with a lot of trash. Obvious no one picked up after their pet because there was feces everywhere. Location was good as it’s right beside a fantastic Mexican restaurant and was able to walk to Starbucks in the morning.

The first night my air was not cooling properly so they moved me to another room so i would be comfortable. Peaceful stay while waiting for my boyfriend to get in on a good position at his new job.. This room was at low cost with hotels com thank gods because we were waiting on employment at a new job and was using our savings. We were surprised to find this location felt more like being at home than in a hotel.. the staff came by quickly and we're very efficient.. I had a very secluded building with a lovely view of newly planted trees that opened up the back area to some beautiful woods that made us feel as if we were alone and had a peaceful stay..

The front desk associate Tim was very helpful and professional. However this property needs a serious renovation. There was dirt on the walls and stains on the bed. I woke up with weird bites on my right arm. Housekeeping tried to enter my room 30 minutes before check out even though they could see me thru the window. The shower was good though and hot. Overall I would not stay again.

Property was very outdated. There was no continental breakfast due to renovations we were told. The couch and foot stool were very dirty the furniture looked like it came from a yard sale. The sink was cracked and indented. For the price and just staying to sleep halfway to our destination it surficed. Staff at desk was very friendly. Overall you get what you pay for and pictures can be decieving.
