Best location and beautiful rooms. However I missed frag flowers in my room. The bodylotion is really not absorbing well and smells too much.

Wonderful staff – could use USB ports in the rooms - but other than that a very lovely place and central to everything

The location of the hotel is amazing, overlooking the river. Easy to walk into the city centre and other parts. Tram and buses near by. All the staff were amazing, and could not do enough for you. At breakfast Emma always looked after me, she was helpful and made time to chat. A pleasure meeting her. Mario was great, he helped will me with recommendations and places to see. It felt like family. My next to Stockholm I will be staying here.

Great location and comfortable. A lot of noise from the street motorcycles on weekend nights. The hotel says they’re working with the City on the issue…

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location-very walkable to all the highlights of Stockholm, as well as major shopping, restaurants, and a pharmacy. The staff is incredibly friendly and the room appeared freshly updated and extremely clean. The cafe downstairs is adorable and wonderfully stocked. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great location, nice rooms, very serviceminded staff and a boutique hotel vibe. Breakfast buffet falls below the standard of the rest of the hotel experience.

4/10 Fair

No parking - no help from reception- small room - clean and nice view - but don’t feel anything like what it cost. Overpriced - average service - beautiful view.

8/10 Very good

Stayed just one night waiting for flight next day. Beautiful hotel in a great location. Front desk staff were professional and friendly. The hotel displayed design features from its past; very grand. The room was very small. My walk in closet at home was just as big. I believe this was reflected in the price but I did feel like I was in “steerage”. The bed (more like a chaise) was not comfortable. Overall lovely hotel but would have to probably pay double what I paid per night to have a decent stay.

The entire staff was very helpful and friendly at all times. The location was great. While kept well, the physical plant is showing its age. The elevator system needs modernization. Steps in rooms can be a hazard for older people. Buffet breakfast quite good.
