Some things are in disrepair and some things need to be cleaned better but the beds were comfy and the location was great. Walls are thin and children literally screaming (no not crying. Screaming like murder) for hours on end in the middle of the night was absolutely awful, but not a fault of the hotel (though the front desk would do nothing to even contact the room)

We were immediately greeted by the front desk host. My little girl mentioned we were going to Disneyland for her birthday and they upgraded our room so we could view the fireworks from our room as well as have her a goodie bag with a hat, keychain and autograph book! Very thoughtful The hotel was nice, the room had been upgraded, although the bathroom could use an upgrade next. Overall we had a great experience and was close to Disneyland

The room was not cleaned well, the toilet was dirty, there was sticky stuff on the seat on both sides where the lid sat, it was pretty gross. Mold on the base and caulking that could easily be cleaned with bleach, and the tub was dirty, and there was a crack in the tub by the overflow cover that was rusting, and the shower faucet kept dripping even though I turned all the way off. My socks were black after walking around the room for 5 minutes. AC only worked intermittently, traffic noise was SO loud from the freeway, if you stay here, definitely ask for a room away from that side of the hotel. Several of their door sensors were broken so it was not easy to get from my car in the parking lot to my room, had to walk around the entire hotel instead to find a gate door where my key card would work. The folks at the front desk and restaurant were nice and helpful so that was nice at least.
