I was pleasantly surprised to find tnis hotel in this very nice and convenient area of Fremont, with all basic conveniences - fridge,microwave,coffee machine,etc.- Nice comfortable bed,too! All employees were efficient and respectful. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone.

First time checking in at the front desk. I smell someone smoking cigarettes. Then we saw a bunch of ants crawling on the bathtub and wall. No perks on late check out. Worse of it all, housekeeper open the door without knocking or checking in to say "housekeeping'' on us while we were getting dressed.

Good neighbourhood. Older facility. All vending machines wer empty for our entire stay. Front desk staff wer talking on their cell phone in another language while dealing with customers. Towels received at front desk had hair embedded in them. Rooms wer clean so was the bedding and towels in room. Beds wer super comfy. Over all i would stay again

Will not return.

My first room was not good. It was clean, but there was black stuff around the windows, and it could not be opened. Plus, the television did not work. And the room was very warm and stuffy. The second room was better. It was still stuffy and warm, but not as bad as the first one. I was able to open the window, and the television worked. A few hours later I figured out to work the air conditioner, and that made the room much better.
